Hi! I need your advice or an answer to such a question - where you can read verified non-fake reviews about the experience of working with the usaa?

I have been with USAA for 13 years I had fraudulent activity on my account back in April. I called them and thought everything was squared away. No now I’m being told due to someone hacking into my account I have to pay back money. How is this fair? and it took my talking to 5 people for someone to finally give a damn. I’m just over usaa at this point. There customer service is non existent, they talk to you like your dumb. I agree they use to be a great company, but they have feel off the band wagon for sure.
