Getting Started:

In order to participate in the beta test, you must have an active Battle.net account. If you don’t have a Battle.net account, visit eu.battle.net to create one. Note that you are required to accept the Battle.net Terms of Use before you can create a Battle.net account and install the StarCraft II beta client.

Below is a beta key that will allow you to upgrade your Battle.net account to participate in the StarCraft II beta test.

PLEASE NOTE: Each beta key can be used only once, so please make sure you are upgrading the Battle.net account you wish to use to play the StarCraft II beta. Once claimed, your beta key cannot be transferred to another Battle.net account.

1. Apply Your Beta Key - Log in to your Battle.net account. Under "Manage My Games," click "Add or Upgrade a Game." Enter the above beta key in the "Enter Game Key" field and select "Add Game."

2. Get the Installer - In your list of games, click the “Manage Game” button under the StarCraft II beta image to download the installer.

3. Install the StarCraft II Beta - Once you’ve downloaded the installer, run it and follow the directions to install the StarCraft II beta client on your machine. Note that your participation in the StarCraft II beta test is governed by a Beta Test Agreement that you are required to accept before you can install the beta client.

4. Run the Game & Log in to Battle.net - After the StarCraft II beta installs, the launcher interface should automatically appear on your screen. Log in with your Battle.net account and you’ll be able to begin playing. You can launch the client at any time by clicking the desktop shortcut or by going to the Windows® Start Menu.

No creo que funcione JucAss porque , sino me equivoco en ahi dice:

Es decir, solo una vez se puede usar el beta key y ... Deftavo lo usara =( =)

Que raro, tengo entendido que los elegidos a la Beta desde yá tendrán su cuenta fusionada al juego sin ninguna key al ser elegidos. Los únicos que podrán usar una key son los que fueron a la Blizzcon 2008, A no ser que me equivoque.

Todas las invitaciones para beta adjuntan un key para activacion en battle.net, segun el FAQ de los foros US de momento las regiones invitadas son EEUU, Australia y Nueva Zelanda, deseguro quienes tengan direccion en esos lugares en battle.net.

Y al parecer no todo el mundo con key para la beta (como por ejemplo los asistentes a las blizzcon) puede acceder automáicamente, tienen que esperar a recibir un correo que les permita activar esa key.
Como se ha dicho muchas veces la beta irá por oleadas incrementando gradualmente los usuarios para a parte de probar el juego hacer un test de estress de los servidores del battlenet.

Como bien dices ahora mismo únicamente está entrando gente de las regiones de usa y oceanía, la siguiente región en entrar creo recordar que era sudamérica, más tarde europa y finalmente asia, pero no entra toda la gente de esta region con una key a la vez, si no a medida que te van autorizando por así decirlo.

Y para los desgraciaditos que no tenemos key, también han dicho que si optas a la beta porque así lo especificaste en la cuenta de battlenet existen posibilidades de participar, aunque con toda la gente que opta es un poco como que te toque la loteria.... pero la esperanza es lo último que e pierde : p

Ya se pueden ver los replays ingame sin necesidad del cdkey. Al menos asi aguantare hasta que me den mi posible key. Como el motor para ver replays es bastante completo, puedo sacar info de primera mano sobre precios (porque te permite seleccionar las unidades y ver sus upgrades o las construcciones que pueden realizar), asi como tambien el tech tree de las razas.
Por lo pronto, me corre bastante bien full high en una PC de rango medio. 1680x1050 - 8800gt 512mb - AMD x4 955 - 4gb ram.
Hasta ahora, en la mayoria de los juegos que he visto 1vs1, los roachs se imponen.

E estado viendo los videos en YouTube y en verdad, no como decirlo, o el SC2 está complicado adaptarse o le han mandado el beta a nuevos usarios (su primera vez que tocan SC) , en verdad... Lo que si pude notar que los Zerg y los Protoss overpowered .. Los Terran siempre son pisoteados, solamente los vi ganar una partida por un rush de marines a un jugador Zerg que se pasó todo el juego haciendo zoom a su base =D.

Extraño a los médicos y al antiguo sonido de los tanques, esos daban miedo pero ahora estos no.. siento que el sonido de ataque de todos es similar.

depende de q liga estes viendo hay un monton de gosus en la liga platinum ayer vi como EG.Louder pateaba traseros pero asi recontra horrible. y hay gente q comete el error de hacer los builds del BW en SC2. pero es comprensible porq recien estan empezando.
cosas q eh estado viendo son q los roach(la cucacracha!!!!) con sus mejoras son inmortales se regeneran a la velocidad de la luz XD, los terran pisoteados?
yo creo q el mas tela al comienzo son los zerg ya q eh visto q antes de q llegen a roach ya tiene como 4 zealot en en su expa destuyendo todo, una ves q llegen a roach ya cambia la historia. ahora los tankes atacan super rapido sin el modo siege.

Tengo que aclarar que el juego sólo lo podrán jugar teniendo una Beta Key (invitación). Sin embargo, igual que con la mayoría de cuentas pagadas por internet, se puede compartir una misma cuenta siempre y cuando no la usen al mismo tiempo, y si las dos son de una misma zona IP mejor.

Cómo obtener una invitación:
Necesitas tener alguna key original de alguno de los juegos de blizzard.
Te creas cuenta en battle.net y en tu perfil/gestión de juegos agregas el juego que tienes, ahí mismo hay una opción para postular. Sólo sigue los pasos.

Se puede crackear la beta de star para jugar sin key?
Actualmente no. Sin embargo hay algunas maneras de saltarnos al menú full y/o consola del juego modificando la caché.Se logra igual que trabajar sin conexión con cualkier explorador común (copiando la caché de alguien que haya entrado ya y jugado con los mapas q kieras tener). Muy largo para explicarlo así q busken la key de un amigo generoso o sino preguntenle a otro.
