cuando llegues a la parte de arriba del barco solo debes usar una soga para deslizarte hasta otro barco y continuar con tu mision, en el otro barco deberas matar a la hydra, despues de matarla quedara seca con la boca abierta :lol: , debes entrar por su boca para obtener la llave (ya veras lo que pasa).
La recompensa la conseguiras despues y en otro lado pq cuando abras esa puerta solo veras...... hasta aqui el spoiler.

Una consulta... ¿qué táctica me recomiendan para mechar a Ares?. Ayer en la noche llegué a la mecha con Ares pero como era tarde, pelee sólo 2 veces con él, y en ambas me hizo puré :oops: . En lo que es "magias" tengo todas la máximo menos el Medussa Gaze que está en lvl2, porque esa cochina la dejé para el último.

Encontre hace dias en Gamespot esta noticia acerca de una futura adaptacion al cine de God of War. Universal ya tienen los derechos del juego de SCEA, posiblemente los productores de la pelicula seran Charles Roven (conocido por haber producido Batman Begins) y Alex Gartner de Mosaic Media.
Esperemos que el proyecto se concrete y que de todo esto salga una buena pelicula.

Encontre hace dias en Gamespot esta noticia acerca de una futura adaptacion al cine de God of War. Universal ya tienen los derechos del juego de SCEA, posiblemente los productores de la pelicula seran Charles Roven (conocido por haber producido Batman Begins) y Alex Gartner de Mosaic Media.

Un dato minúsculo más:

"The movie rights to God of War were just recently bought by Universal Pictures. While not much else has be said, David Jaffe said it will very much be like the game, and future games, in that is will be very character and story driven while being a big-time popcorn flick. The film will not be out for a while, but a good guess for the release date would be Fall '08."

Then a thousand more years later, the mountain with Pandora's Temple within it was discovered by man who have come a long way since the time of ancient Greece. Upon learning of this discovery, one man fells a strange calling to the temple. He is not quite sure why or how or what he will discover, but all he knows is that he must go there."

Con respecto a la pelicula, creo que la espera es bastante larga y ojala que valga la pena, ya cuantos juegos he visto arruinados en el cine.
Y lo que mencionas despues es muy interesante, en el mismo GOW nos dan a entender que por lo menos se haran tres juegos mas basados en estas historias, esto es muy bueno, pero como van las cosas creo que seran para lo proxima generacion de consolas, para PS3 especificamente.

Si el padre de Kratos es Zeus entonces...

Si ya te has pasado el God of War varias veces y estas seguro de que no se te ha pasado ningun detalle selecciona con el mouse.

Esto quiere decir que el viejo que aparece cavando la tumba al inicio y al final del juego (cuando sales de ella) es nada mas y nada menos que ZEUS, cuando Kratos le pregunta quien ocuparia esa tumba el viejo le responde "Tu lo haras hijo mio". Esto es solo una suposicion

jjaja acabo de venir del play (xq n tengo :roll: ) y recien jugado 1 hora y me he quedado wbas, tiene unos graficos de la ptm!!! y la historia esta chvr no se si antes habra salido en ingles pero el q estoy jugando ahorita ta en español TODO en español (habla, subtitulos, etc.) BUEN juego chvr he!!!!

El juego es el mismo... lo que pasa es que el juego detecta el idioma en el que está configurado tu "dashboard", y de acuerdo a este, se "settea" el idioma de los menus, cinematics y juego.

Tengo una duda mortal en este juego. En la plaza de Atenas, luego que matas a los ciclopes, hay una habitación que parece contener tres cofres en el segundo piso. Para que se den una idea, está justo al lado de la única puerta abierta donde está la mujer que se muere con la llave.
El hecho es que nunca he podido llegar allí, no sé por donde saltar y es medio frustrante. Si alguien sabe cómo se llega, porfa que me diga la forma :o

Aja!... los pinches cofres de la plaza Atenas. Sufrí mucho con esos malditos. Lo que tienes que hacer es no cogerlos inmediatamente, sino seguir avanzando. Eventualmente la historia hace que retornes nuevamente a ese punto, pero atravesando un puente. Es desde ese puente que tienes que saltar hacia dónde están los cofres; pero el salto no es como cualquiera, porque no puedes llegar directamente. Lo que tienes que hacer es curzar el puente y cuando llegues a la altura de los cofres, verás que en el puente hay una porción que está rota. Desde esa porción es que debes saltar.... haces que Kratos mire en dirección opuesta a los cofres, y saltas... cuando estés nuevamente en el aire presionas el botón de salto nuevamente (para hacer el doble salto), sólo que en en ese mismo momento tienes que cambiar la dirección de Kratos y enrumbarlo hacia los cofres. El salto es bien yuca, pero con un poco de paciencia llegarás a los cofres

de verdad más que paciencia... pensé que ya había intentado todo, incluso con la soga que estaba por ahí... voy a volver a intentar con ese método y ojalá ahora sí me salga :P

Yo soy de los que pienso que un buen juego, necesita un soundtrack a ese nivel. De lo mucho que hemos hablado del God of War, creo que poco se toco el tema de su música. Como tampoco soy un experto en eso, sólo puedo comentar que me agradaba el ambiente que se creaba, un sonido casi épico o momentos una calma que parecía a punto de romperse con un esbirro de Hades a la vuelta. Así que busque si por Lima había algo de soundtracks de música y nada que ver :-? Por ello, y si a alguien más le ha gustado la música de este juego, le dejo esto.

Sweeping virtual orchestrations and symphonic atmospheria

As befitting an action/adventure game steeped in the fantastical realms of Greek mythology, the soundtrack to God Of War is teeming with sweeping epic orchestral compositions that swirl, stomp, and storm throughout the hour and 10-minute total running time. Granted much of the music was created virtually (sans real orchestra and choir in favor of electronic manipulation), but all but the most trained of ears would be hard-pressed to distinguish between what is real and what is virtual.

The 34 tracks included on this bonus soundtrack disc run the gamut from storming militaristic cadences to hauntingly quiet percussive interludes. There's a fair amount of ethnic sounds culled from various parts of the world including the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and of course the Mediterranean. Viking like horns dominate some tracks while strange, unidentifiable tribalistic drums float eerily through others. And then there's the voices. Haunting, ethereal voices that hover just out of audible range to create a sonic mist through which the rest of the music creeps and crawls.

If there is one complaint about the disc it's that the transitions between songs are choppy. For example Track 1 builds to a thunderous crescendo and then abruptly ends. And I'm not talking about the kind of controlled, orchestrated abrupt ending. I'm talking about "the tape ran out" kind of abrupt ending. This manner of emergency brake stopping between songs continues throughout the duration of the disc at random intervals (such as between Track 2 and 3 and then intermittently throughout the rest of the album) and as a result the continual jarring leaves no set-up or smooth flow from track to track. Rather, it ends up instilling a jagged sense of uncertainty and creates a herky-jerk whiplash blast of uneven aural stimulation for the listener.

Yet within the context of the game, the score is breathtakingly epic, no question about it. And even though the thoroughly uneven transitions between tracks make for an uneven listening experience at best, those who relish well-crafted game scores will find this soundtrack to be quite enthralling. Let's just hope if they decide to give it a wider release that they'll go back and re-engineer the whole shebang, inserting smoother edits and crisper transitions between movements.

Review en IGN (disculpen que no ponga la traducción, pero haría muy largo el post)

Mi review? pues como dije no soy muy bueno para hacer una crítica de música, pero me parece que el trabajo de Winifred Phillips es muy bueno, claro que hay ciertos bajones como "Exploring the Ruins", pero hay otras piezas muy bien logradas, como "The Splendor of Athens", sin lugar a dudas, una de mis preferidas ya que resume el ambiente del juego.
Son piezas envolventes, por momentos son detonantes de la intesidad, y qué se yo, cómo olvidar el canto de las sirenas, un preludio de muerte cuya voz es de la misma compositora. Aplausos.

si el juego es recontra brabazo me lo pase 2 veces.. la final es contra Hares... te vuelves gigante y peleas con la espada de atena y todo eso.. el juego es la PTM... muy recomendado para todos los amantes de los juegos de accion tipo DevilMayCry(los graficos tienen mucho parecido).. muy muy bueno..!! :D :D

Pues yo he comenzado a jugarlo en Spartan y cuando hago los combos me siento como Randy Savage Macho Man OH YEAH, DIG IT! 255 es el máximo que he logrado.

Voy por la parte donde agarro el tridente de Poseidón y puedo nadar a los Mike Spitz. Sale a cuenta a una hora por día :P

recomendación:
Olvida jugarlo en Mortal, de frente juegalo en Spartan para que sufras :P no mentira, te lo digo para que te acostumbres pues jugarlo en las otras dos dificultades es por gusto, matas en una y no te hacen daño. por otro lado, cuando termines el juego para la siguiente dificultad te quitan todo asi que es mejor directamente irte a lo bravo.
Ah, cuando andes bajo de energia mata humanos, y cuando mates a la Hydra y llegues a Athenas no te salgas del barco sin "divertirte" un rato

What are the Muse keys and what do they do?
There are two Muse keys in the game. With both Muse keys, you can open a door in the rings of Pandora. When you grab the handle that rotates the rings to the various doors (such as when you did so to get to the Challenge of Atlas and got the Blade of Artemis), one of the openings leads to a black and gold door that is adorned with carvings of the Muses. Use the keys there to openthe door. Once inside you will be granted a Health and Magic Bar upgrade aswell as a bunch of red orbs.


I missed my chance to use the Muse Keys, can I go back and use them later?
NO. The Muse Keys MUST be used BEFORE you ascend the tower and reach the Cliffs of Madness. Once you leave Pandora's Temple and reach the Cliffs of Madness, you can NEVER go back to the Temple of Pandora. That is why you hear a voice warning you about this as you attempt to ascend the tower to the Cliffs of Madness.

Las Nyads:

During the Challenge of Poseidon, you will encounter the Nyads which are Poseidon's daughters. When you meet one, you interact with her by hitting the O Button (the grab button) to kiss her. There are FOUR Nyads to be found.

If you encounter the Nyads and do not have all 18 Gorgon Eyes or all 18 Phoenix Feathers, then the Nyads, depending on which one you kiss, will give you one of these missing items. Each Nyad has a set and specific gift that she will give you (assuming you haven't already found all of the items that she is assigned to) if you kiss her, and the gifts are as follows:

Nyad #1 - Gorgon Eye
Nyad #2 - Phoenix Feather
Nyad #3 - Gorgon Eye
Nyad #4 - Phoenix Feather

Their locations are as follows:

Nyad #1 - Plain view when you start the Challenge of Poseidon.
Nyad #2 - Behind the cracked carving of the Nyads.
Nyad #3 - Behind a cracked wall to the left of the save point.
Nyad #4 - Same area as Nyad #3 but can be found behind a cracked wall to the right of the Statue of Poseidon.

Este juego es buenísimo, lo llevo jugando 1 día, he llegado hasta "El reto de atlas", tengo mis blade of chaos en lvl 4 (simplemente anales :D ), y me falta poco para subirle de lvl a la espada de Artemisa...

En sí muy bueno el juego, las gráficas y el soundtrack...ajjj increibles...
