Otherwise, there is no customer support for now. Also, we do not provide assistance for incidents that happened prior to purchasing Premium or prior to purchasing Knight cash. In the near future, we plan to offer service to non paying members who are above level 50. Thank you and we appreciate your support for Knight Online.
